A Central Packing Unit is the latest aviation innovation in preparation of Aircraft catering. A CPU is a one-stop location for suppliers which then becomes a single source supplier to the airline customer.Stock control,equipment flow and continuity of service are ensured by having everything under one roof.

The 12,000 sq ft facility, situated in Birmingham close to the motorway network, answers the growing challenge of providing secure airline retail supplies from a “CPU” designed to process a considerable number of bars.  It provides complete bar sets in a ready to fly state for Flybe including sandwiches and dry stores. Our own transport delivers the complete aircraft bar sets to selected airports throughout England and Scotland.

The central production unit provides bar sets which are prepared by dedicated teams to the very high standards of retail offering, that our customer is already acknowledged for. There is also potential to expand into providing bar and retail bar preparation for other local organizations.

We have now expanded our CPU concept into the railway industry and are constantly researching new ways to improve our service to our customers.
