Having reached pensionable age George Timms has decided to take retirement from the Commissaire BHX CPU and enjoy some quality time with his wife Joyce.
We had a great day out this year at the Birmingham BBC Good Food Show on the 26th November. Top chefs including Gordon Ramsay, James Martin and Marco Pier White wowed the crowds with their culinary skills and the country’s best producers tantalised the taste-buds of all us passers by with their fantastic produce, my tasting fork was working over time and I’m impressed more so every time we attend at the quality of our good British produce.
