New scissor lift acquisition.
Posted by Dave Godridge , 4:24:12
We at Skytrac are always looking to find the most efficient ways to improve our business. One idea has resulted in the recent purchase and installation of a new scissor lift at our CPU in Birmingham.
The lift vastly improves the way our fleet of vehicles are loaded and unloaded, thus reducing maintenance and wear and tear costs. The lift has produced a saving of around 25% in turnaround time. This saving is also reflected in the amount of labour required to turn the vehicle around. In total this whole operation has become more streamlined and efficient.

Loganair
Posted by Neil, 3:07:12
On a cold wintry morning, 10th January 2011, the Commissaire truck manoeuvred against the Loganair aircraft allocated to operate BE6941 from Edinburgh to Stornoway heralding the beginning of a partnership with Loganair.
Aviation in Scotland has a brave and pioneering heritage, and Loganair is proud to maintain a pioneering spirit that has set the pattern for the airline’s reputation. From modest beginnings Loganair has developed into a regional commuter airline with a comprehensive network of scheduled services, and is now one of the longest established airlines in the United Kingdom. It is the continued support and enthusiasm of the people they serve which has given them the strength to expand, and which is the foundation of their success.
Skytrac Solutions is proud to have been selected by Loganair to supply services and product in this successful and demanding market.
