We had a great day out this year at the Birmingham BBC Good Food Show on the 26th November. Top chefs including Gordon Ramsay, James Martin and Marco Pier White wowed the crowds with their culinary skills and the country’s best producers tantalised the taste-buds of all us passers by with their fantastic produce, my tasting fork was working over time and I’m impressed more so every time we attend at the quality of our good British produce.

The BBC Good Food Shows are the UK’s leading food and drink events, and we take huge inspiration from these events in terms of seeing what trends are being set out there in the market. Not only do we get to taste some wonderful food but it allows us to meet with current suppliers and find new and inspiring suppliers too!

Taste buds are Buzzing and ideas are now flowing for new ideas that we can take to our own customers for 2010!
